The minimum deposit amount is RM50. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account settings; however, kacang99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits consistent with its AML obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. kacang99 prohibits third-party withdrawals under all circumstances. A bet is only considered accepted when confirmed by the kacang99 system and a bet reference number is issued. kacang99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, particularly where a bet is suspected to be placed by a professional syndicate, involves unusual staking patterns, or where system errors may have affected the odds displayed.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds are locked at the rate displayed at the time of confirmation. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, kacang99's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body — shall be final.
A bet may be declared void if: the event is cancelled or abandoned and not replayed within 72 hours; the bet was placed at materially incorrect odds due to a system or human error; or the governing body declares a result void. In cases of void bets, stakes are returned to the Player's Account.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus rules set out in this clause apply. kacang99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are stated in multiples (e.g., 30x) and mean that the bonus amount must be wagered that many times in qualifying games before a withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are specified in individual promotion terms.
kacang99 has a zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to clear wagering requirements; or participating in coordinated play designed to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses cancelled, and associated winnings may be forfeited.
kacang99 operates a multi-tier VIP loyalty programme with six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier qualification is based on verified net monthly turnover. VIP benefits are subject to the full VIP Programme Terms, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. kacang99 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and benefits at any time.
The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
All content on the kacang99 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, user interface elements, game mechanics, and design elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of kacang99 or its licensors. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting kacang99's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
